• Custom Cut Double Sided White 0.5 mm or Double Sided Bright Silver 0.5 mm with a 50% surcharge
• Custom Cut White 0.7 mm with a 30% surcharge
• Custom Cut Double Sided White 0.7mm with a 80% surcharge
• Custom Cut White 1 mm with a 75% surcharge
• Custom Cut Double Sided White 1 mm with a 125% surcharge
• Custom Cut Brushed Silver or Brushed Gold 1 mm with an 85% surcharge
