Custom cut sheet for sublimation in various sizes,  perfect for re-producing your favourite playing cards or collectible game or sports cards.

Available in 0.5 mm, 0.7 mm and 1 mm white, and all other 0.5 mm finishes as custom cut (add details in order notes.) And now –  2025 – also available custom cut in double sided printable white in 0.5 mm, 0.7 mm or 1 mm!

• 89 x 63 mm Poker Cards (known as the standard size)

The above sizes represent the more ‘standard’ industry sizes plus some slight variations to allow to fit in certain sleeves as metal is thicker than card. Please remember that we cut these with a tolerance of plus/minus 0.5mm. We also offer the following choice of corners:

• 4 mm radius
• 6 mm radius, (either recommended)
• New! 3 mm approx (actually 1/8″ which is 3.175 mm)
• Square

We also offer Trading card size sheets, which match standard Trading game cards – Pokemon / Yu Gi Oh etc approx standards here – which some  games may also match rather than the sizes above.
